- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 whole egg, at room temperature
- 1 ¾ cup milk, at room temperature
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ¾ tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Butter for frying
- Step 1: In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda and mix well.
- Step 2: Dip in the center of the flour mix to make a well. Add egg, vanilla extract, milk, and butter.
