When I was in high school, there were so many stressors that would overwhelm me.
I wanted the best grades because my parents expected them.

I allowed stress to build up, which kept me from being able to think clearly and make good decisions for myself.
It wasn’t until I was taught the lesson of not comparing myself to others that my stress levels lowered exponentially, allowing me to live a happier life even when things didn’t go as planned or wished for.

We all have our share of mistakes and regrets.
